About Representative Lee Ann Kluger

I have lived in Nashua for over 30 years with my husband and son. We moved here all those years ago because we loved the mountains, beaches, lakes, and downtown Nashua. It is also so close to Boston giving us the opportunity to enjoy cultural activities.
I have been a tireless advocate for the residents of Nashua Ward 3, working diligently to address local issues and improve our community. My commitment to public service and my passion for making a difference are evident in every initiative I undertake.
Throughout my lifetime I have always held an interest in politics. While living in New Hampshire I have attended many political events. Eventually, I ran for state representative for the 2024-2026 term. After winning in that election, I was placed on the Education Policy and Administration Committee. This is one of the busiest committees in the State House. We heard testimony on over 100 bills. I delivered floor speeches on HB 446 opposing an opt in option to the Youth Risk Behavior Survey. I also spoke to a recent bill SB 434 expressing opposition to book bans and other material bans in public schools. I was a co-sponsor to other bills such as free lunch access being made easier for students. I also co-sponsored a bill making diapers accessible for one year for new mothers on Medicaid. This is a sampling of the bills I spoke to over the past two years.
These are troubling times. It is important to stay focused and committed to making New Hampshire the best it can be. I have the tenacity to continue to represent Nashua and to make our state the best version of itself. Together we can make a difference!
I have many hobbies that continue to help me find a healthy balance in my life. Gardening brings me close to nature. It also inspires me in the kitchen. I love using the many fresh herbs in my cooking. Every year I plant a few new herbs to add to my collection. While healthy cooking is a part of my lifestyle, exercise is equally as important. I play tennis, run in 5Ks, and there’s nothing better than yoga on our deck. Namaste 😀
